Smoothies are a wonderful way to start your day. You can pair them with some solid food like a sandwich or eggs, or just enjoy a nice glass of delicious smoothie on its own. You have basically an infinite number of recipes to choose from. It’s true, many of them have a banana as one of the basic ingredients. However, if you are one of those people who don’t really enjoy this fruit (or just don’t feel like tasting banana one particular morning), there are plenty of smoothie recipes without banana to choose from. What I love most about smoothies is that I can hide healthy vegetables that I don’t like inside. I know you do this, too! I am so happy I managed to find recipes for most diets nowadays: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and yogurt-free. There is a recipe for everybody (well, almost everybody, sorry meat-only people)!
