The best Pavlova I ever ate was at Le Cafe Marly, the famous restaurant in the Louvre Museum, Paris. However, I am willing to admit that Marion’s recipe is 100% just as perfect as that one. Oh, sweet memories, now I can enjoy my favorite Pavlova whenever I want, at home.
